When one is producing a video show, one is invariably forced to adopt a process which involves producing video of one sort or another. Upon this much, I expect, we can all agree. The large questions come into play when one is considering the quantity, the quality, and the… nature, of the video one wishes to produce.
In the past two days, I have been experimenting with the “pain = quality” method. And, if my wheezing, trembling shell of a body is any indication, we have achieved a high standard of quality indeed.
In the past two days I have impacted a wider variety of objects, at substantially higher velocities, than I had done over the entire prior year. Since my lifestyle does not generally revolve around impacting objects at high rates of speed, I grant that this is not necessarily a high claim. However, the results on the film are evidence enough of the passion with which I am pursuing my craft.
You will be forced to see, with your eyes, when the work is complete. And you will laugh. Just remember that even after your cheap, hollow laughter fades, my injuries will remain.

I'm very excited to see this "secret video project" of yours. I assume this will be unveiled at the Launch Party?
While I hope you don't hurt yourself too badly just for the sake of entertainment, know that you can take comfort at the end of the day in the fact that we all will certainly be laughing at (the product of) your pain

I hope it doesn't take that many months for your injuries to heal!

Confirm or deny?
We'll be screening full episodes of something new at the launch party. Beyond that I shan't say a word.

Again?
Actually, Malex, you have been known to hurtle yourself headlong at solid, stationary objects before. Provided the impact could result in a laugh. This is unlike your brother Foppy, who did it just for the sheer thrill of it.
What the...?
We should take our comfort from God's word, not from the circumstances of our lives.
*lol*

Uh-huh.
Alex, I had to translate this blog entry for my roomie because she was mildly weirded out and fairly concerned. I don't think my explanation remedied either of these.
Also, Quartz, your little rhyme made me think of Abu.
Everything looks perfect from far away.
Ah!
Splendid! I bring ambiguity and consternation to all the good little boys and girls of Ohioville!
My bruises are beginning to heal, for anybody who was wondering. Not sure about the pulled muscles…
